4. Fish hot & sour soup

Clear soup cooked with lemongrass, galangal, garlic, stuffed with fresh lime, mint and basil

5. Fish Amok 

Famous Cambodian dish, fish steamed in banana leaf with marinated coconut cream, palm sugar, fish sauce and red-curry paste

6. Fish sweet & sour

Combination of deep and stir-fried fish with sweet & sour sauce, fish sauce, lemon juice and palm sugar 

(chili sauce optional)

 

7. Roasted chicken with lemongrass

Deep-fried crispy chicken (half or full), marinated with salt, white sugarcane, stuffed with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, garlic, served with Kampot pepper sauce

8. Lemongrass chicken

Medium hot stir-fried chicken, based on garlic, fried green beans, red-curry paste, spicy basil and chili

​

9. Khmer Curry chicken

Soupy coconut-milk dish, based on cumin, anise and coriander seeds, cooked with chicken, onion, potato and sneak beans

​

10. Beef Lok Lak

Very well known stir-fried dish, marinated with Kampot pepper, fish sauce, garlic and palm sugar.

Served with fresh salad (onion, tomato, lettuce)

11. Samloh Maju Kreung Sachko

Brown sour-soup with salty turmeric paste, based on Your choice (eggplant or morning glory) combine with a thin flavor of fish paste, garnish with spicy basil

​

12. Samloh Khor Ko

Barely known, but typical Cambodian dish, usually You can not  find in restaurants, takes at least 45 minutes to cook... Includes mushroom, bamboo shoot, slack ba, eggplant, sneak bean and red curry paste

 

DESSERT

13. Banana with tapioca 

Warm dessert, just cook in a short time with chunks of banana, boiled in coconut milk stuffed palm sugar.

On ice is an optional choice
